Beehave Honey


 Protien Balls

Cook Time:10 minutes

Ingredients: 2 tbsp. Beehave Honey, 2/3cup Peanut butter (creamy), 1cup Old fashioned Oats, 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup flax seeds ground.


  1. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix together until evenly mixed. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Scoop chilled mixture into balls. Keep cold until serving.



 Turkey Rolls

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 1 whole wheat wrap or sprouted grain, 3-4 sliced deli turkey, 3 slices Colby cheese or provolone, 1/4 cup raisins, 2 tbsp. Beehave Honey.


  1. On a whole wheat wrap, layer turkey and cheese. Sprinkle with raisins and drizzle with honey.
  2. Broil just enough for the cheese to melt.
  3. Rollup and allow to cool before slicing. 


 Honey Garlic Sauce

Prep/ Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: 4 garlic cloves (pressed), 1cup ketchup, 3tbsp soy sauce, 2/3cup BeeHave Honey. 


  1. Place ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Pour over your favorite turkey or meatball recipe for a delicious new twist!  


 Chia Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 4hours / Over Night

Ingredients: 3 tbsp. chia seeds, 1cup milk, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp. BeeHave Honey warmed.


  1. In a medium bowl, (excluding chia seeds) gently whisk all ingredients until combined. 
  2. Whisk in chia seeds and allow mixture to sit for 30 minutes. Stir to distribute any settled seeds. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.  
  4. Top with your favorite fresh fruits and granola.

  • Cat- Half strawberry, 2 blue berries, 1 tsp. peanut butter, unsweetened chocolate piece, BeeHave Honey drizzled.
  • Bear- 3 Banana slices, 3 blue berries, 1 tsp. peanut butter, BeeHave Honey drizzled.
  • 8 Sliced grape tomatoes, pinch of dried basil, 1 tsp. cream cheese. BeeHave Honey drizzled.
  • 1 kiwi sliced, 1 tsp. cream cheese, pinch of almonds, BeeHave Honey drizzled.



 Raspberry Popsicles

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6 Hours

Ingredients: 1  cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup BeeHave honey.


  1. Blend yogurt and banana for 30 sec. or until smooth.
  2. Place rasperries and honey In a medium saucepan over medium heat. reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 min. Strain mixture and discard skin and seeds.
  3. Chill raspberry mixture for 30 min.
  4. Layer both mixtures into pop molds.
  5. Freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
